UNIHOUSE Company profile

 

Studio “Unihouse” is independent design Studio based in Belgrade, Serbia. Our work is based on Architectural and Urban Design, Project management, Supervision and Permit obtaining related services. To manage the entire construction life-cycle: from design concept, construction drawings, bid evaluations and "best price" negotiations, through construction management and quality control/quality assurance, all the way to the exploitation permit, we’ve formed and developed the network of partner companies and specialists. Our key engineers, with more than 20 years of experience in both, private and public projects, local as well as regional/international, provided excellent results, to the satisfaction of our Clients, and pleasure and pride of our team. Therefore, the list of most significant Clients is the best illustration of our work:

•The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) – As investor for Belgrade Airport Master Plan 2025 development / Partner – Scott Wilson.

•Booz Allen Hamilton as Contractor for USAID Serbia project “Commercial Court Administration Strengthening Activity (CCASA)” - Our Team was exclusive contractor as Project managers for complete Reconstruction of major Serbian Commercial Courts

•AEDAS / MPC Properties – Ušće Twin tower project preparation.

•Intesa Sanpaolo Bank – for design, obtained set of permits, and supervision for their Vojvodina administrative logistic center and Serbia Disaster recovery data center.

•Focal Athens / Grecotel - Classical Hotels - Our Partner and investor for Metropol Hotel*****Construction Permits and Construction management phase of the Project

•Danish Refugee Council, as Investor for design and supervision of many housing projects.

•Mesbur+Smith Architects, Canada - as Partner in design of Multiplex center in biggest Serbian Mall “Ušće”.

•Mozzart bet - Regional leader (7 Countries) in sport betting, whit whom we signed and successfully completed exclusive contract for Obtaining all the permits, design, and project supervision for Regional logistic and office center, as well as for permits and designs for development of their venues.

•Ovča Spa Centar - Investor in first large scale wellness and spa center in Serbia, and one of the biggest on this side of the Alps (53 000 sqm, 19 pools, 5* hotel…). We have contract for Project/Construction Management. Until this moment, Urban design, which is developed, is accepted by Belgrade City Authorities, and we are in finishing phase of permits and construction preparation.

•Mellon Transaction Solutions - Athens - Belgrade office and data center reconstruction design and supervision.
